In the messages, the word archaics has the meaning of old fashion. In this context, I think collapse archaics are referring to the Goddess vortex in Syria.
'Flagrants' is a word in French. Here I would interpret it as damages by fire.
Therefore I would interpret the message as follow:
- Rebuilding of ancient Goddness vortex in Syria is underway
- Controls of the Dark Forces are being dismantled.
- Damages of the vortex are known but forgiven.
- Violet flames from each awaken beings allow the cleansing to be initiated.
- Mysterious beings of enlightenment are leading humanity to achieve the Victory of the Light.
