It seems that there is a sudden burst of intel going on, including another message from the Gaia Portal.
The word 'morrow' means the next day, i.e. tomorrow.
The word 'Spartan' also has a meaning of brave and undaunted.
So I would interpret the message as follow:
- Impulses from the plasma scalar weapons of the Dark Forces will be reduced in the coming day.
- This can be seen as another Victory of the Light.
- A number of bases of the Dark Forces have been removed.
- A group of brave people is making an effort towards the Full Disclosure.
