I would interpret the message as follow:
- The word 'Sacreds' in the first sentence can have the meaning of 'properly immune from violence, interference, etc., as a person or office'. In the context of the whole sentence, I would say it means the possible trigger of World War 3 due to situation in North Korea has been prevented.
- Co-operations between the Pleiadians and the positive military in Russian has unveiled.
- Awareness of the I AM presence are made available to more awakened people, as they are ready to receive this information and apply it in practice.
- The last sentence is somewhat fairly difficult to interpret. However given the situation update provided by Cobra, I believe it is referring to the elite task forces that have come forward to remove key penetrators who are using directed energy weapons against key lightworkers around the planet.
