I would interpret the meesage as follows:

- The Veil and other esoteric technologies in plasma, astral and etheric planes are about to come down. 

- The Cabal is being betrayed by their overlord. 

- Ancient Archon families are about to collapse.

- Foundation of the New Atlantis is built.
