Clearing of the Chimera group continues. The Light forces have completed „certain operations“ and are now intensively dissolving the head of the Yaldabaoth entity.

The head is positioned within the plasma anomaly accretion vortex close to the surface of planet Earth with its outer edge about 3 Earth radii from the planetary center, as it is described here in detail:

If you change „VLF transmitters for submarine communication“ in the above article to „ELF transmitters of the HAARP and similar programs“ you will get a clear picture how the outermost barrier of the Veil is generated.

Anomalous plasma filaments of the Yaldabaoth head together with toplet bombs are coupled with the black stone, a top quark-antiquark condensate. Black stone is a big hadron made of top/antitop quarks that were created by the Chimera millions of years ago in huge particle accelerators (Dyson rings) that were able to produce temperatures above the critical temperature of 2 trillion Kelvin, needed for black stone creation.

For about 7 million years, the black stone was located on a planet orbiting Rigel star system (which was the center of the cosmic anomaly during that time) and was then brought to Earth from Rigel through the Taurus cloud plasma filament in 1996:

Interaction of anomalous plasma with the back stone creates a huge negative plasma vortex about 500 miles in diameter with its center on Long Island:

This vortex is the purification station for remaining primary anomaly on the surface of the planet. Top members of the Cabal and many members of the Chimera are using the anomaly of this vortex as a shield against the Light and this is why the East Coast has the highest concentration of the Cabal on the planet.

Positioning Cintamani stones in a flower of life pattern inside this vortex will serve as a vectoring grid for the energies of Sirius and will accelerate the transmutation of this anomaly. It is also beneficial to flood that vortex with the Violet flame:

It is interesting to note there are Atlantean underwater pyramids built by the Pleiadians located not far away from Long Island:

These pyramids serve as the positive anchor point that counteracts the negative effects of the Long Island plasma vortex.

The Light forces are now working directly to disable the black stone and remove the remaining toplet bombs and the progress is going according to the plan.

The removal of the black stone will tip the cosmic equilibrium and the current metastable state of false vacuum will cease to exist:

According to Cobra, before the Event can happen, the Solar System plasma anomaly, i.e. Yadaboath must be healed, the Solar system plasma entity must be disintegrated and all the plasma and toplet bombs removed.

When the head of the Yaldabaoth entity with its toplet bombs is removed, events will accelerate exponentially towards the main Breakthrough:

Following text is from the June interview with Cobra about the importance of healing the situation on Long Island

COBRA (June 24, 2015) –

answering the question about Cern Collider.: They are trying to open negative portals, plasma portals. They want to create more strangelets, more anomalies.They want to maintain their remaining anomaly. That’s why they are using this accelerator. This accelerator is far less dangerous than the other one on LONG ISLAND.
So there is too much focus on Cern and not enough focus on what is happening on Long island, because the accelerator on LI has produced stable strangelets, already last year.
And those stranglets went to the center of the earth where they are being accumulated.
Thankfully, the light forces can do many things about this, but still it will be good that the light workers and light warriors put more focus and start healing the situation on LI with their meditations.

In the same interview he is speaking about CINTAMANI STONES:

They are one of the keys to the planetary liberation. There is certain unique energetic signature of that stone because #1) it came from Sirius star system and #2) it was infused with energy directly from the galactic center many millions of years ago. There is a certain technology of the light forces that they can use and they can transmit certain energies directly from the galactic center to the Cintamani stones to dissolve plasma and influence the implants. Updated instructions for daily Long Island, Plasma Accretion Vortex. Syria and Congo meditation

According to Cobra, before the Event can happen, the Solar System plasma anomaly must be healed, the Solar system plasma entity (Yaldabaoth) must be disintegrated and plasma toplet bombs removed.

A daily meditation at 11 am GMT has been organized to achieve all these as soon as possible.

A dedicated group of lightworkers has decided to improve the meditation further by incorporating the visualization for Syria as suggested by Cobra and the meditation for supporting the Congo Vortex Liberation by a small group of lightworkers who has decided to travel to that vortex to place a cintamani stone.

We can meditate daily (for as long as possible) that those physically making this journey are able to remain invisible to any physical or non-physical entities with dark intentions. The dark cannot create interference with that which they cannot perceive, and this stealth is our greatest ally over the next ten days.

Long Island is a stronghold for Chimera. They have built a particle accelerator (RHIC) in that area to maintain their exotic quark weapons machinery, as explained by Cobra's post on 16th September 2014.
