"On a final note, many groups are calling for a mass meditation during the solar eclipse on August 21st. Since the current hybrid war going on is really about who controls the psychological process of deciding what humanity does in the future, a positive group think session might actually help. One does not have to be Hindu or Buddhist in order to practice meditation. People can instead take time to envision what sort of planet we would like to live in and what they can personally contribute towards making that happen."

Notice to readers, due to time differences, this weeks’ report will appear by Monday evening North American East Coast time.
World events have been stuck in a holding pattern this summer but a major paradigm shift is possible this fall if we make it happen.
The holding pattern is as follows: The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CORPORATION, which defaulted on its debt payments on May 1st of this year, has been threatening war against North Korea as a negotiating tactic with its creditors. Its main creditor, China, has been calling the corporation’s bluff by promising to protect North Korea in the event it is unilaterally attacked. At the same time, the Chinese have been staging limited military actions on their border with India, reminding the Americans they have the technical ability to take over that 1.3 billion person country within a matter of months, if it came to war.
The Chinese have also said they will not protect North Korea in the event they strike the first blow. At the same time, the Russians and the Pentagon have informed the Israelis they will be attacked if they try to launch a nuclear missile from one of their submarines and make it look like North Korea did it, Pentagon and Russian FSB sources say. This has effectively checkmated any Khazarian mafia attempts to start World War 3 because any attempt to do so will affect only them. They are no longer able to fool us into starting a war.

1. Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness.
2. State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to speed up the process of healing for Earth and its inhabitants.
3. Visualize this by grounding yourself to the core of the the planet and visualize gold and green light spiraling around you to strengthen your connection to Gaia.
4 . Visualize a pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all beings of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.
5. Now visualize a violet flame purifying the last remaining Chimera stronghold on Long Island - including the RHIC and its energy field on plasma, etheric and astral planes. Then visualize this violet flame expanding through all of North America and purifying it. Then expand it even more until it encompasses the whole planet, purifying its energy field on the plasma, etheric and astral planes.
6. Visualize the Ascended Masters' light surrounding Earth with the White Dove of Peace glowing in golden light ascending with the Violet Flame on the Chimera stronghold on Long Island.

So the light workers can with their resonance field transform the surface population much more effectively because they are similar in their psychological structure to the rest of the surface population. The RM is simply too different and they would not be as effective if they would try to transform psychologically the surface population and energetically the same. "

Daily meditation for purifying Long Island and Yaldabaoth 11am GMT

Scorpio New Moon Meditation – Make This Viral!!!
It is time for us to come together and tell the universe “We Are Ready!!!” The upcoming period from Friday, October 28 through Tuesday, November 1 offers a wonderful chance for us to assert our free will and hasten the Event!
This window begins and ends with what is known as a ‘Void Of Course’ (VOC) moon. This is when the moon is ‘between signs’; these are periods of immense occult importance, as the the anecdotes in the first link below demonstrate:

The second link helps to literally ‘fill in the gap’ regarding the second VOC which occurs as the calendar transitions from October to November on both sides of the Atlantic. Hence, this second VOC period crosses months and is not explicitly identified in either link.
This period is often described in many cultures as a time when the separation between the physical and non-physical realms is much thinner. Hence, this is also time each year when light & dark forces do battle. This represents a key moment for us to reassert control of the plasma plane within the Solar System via a spoken declaration of our free will.
The instructions are quite simple:
1) Face – as closely as possible – toward the general direction of the Sun, Moon, Galactic Central Sun, and the important light stronghold of Antares during all three meditations. A general rule of thumb is to direct your gaze a bit to the left of where the sun is (or would be if you could see it through either clouds or the ground below) at all three key meditation times.
(Note – if it is not possible to face the direction of the Sun/Moon/GC/Antares, please focus your intention instead on the first image of the woman at the beginning of this article; this picture can inspire each of us to reach toward the goddess energies of the Galactic Central Sun – beckoning them to come quickly into our Solar System.)
2) Follow the regular ‘Ascension Meditation’ instructions at three separate times:
A. 4 PM GMT Friday, October 28 (during the first VOC period)
B. 4 PM GMT Sunday, October 30 (the actual day of the Scorpio New Moon)
C. 3 AM GMT Tuesday, November 1 (during the second VOA period)

P.S. The guided audio track at the “Recreating Balance” blog is highly important for many reasons. Foremost, the evolution of modern communications is such that English ends up being the most universally spoken & understood language in the world. Let all of us lightworkers and lightwarriors use that to our advantage… there’s a reason Cobra writes his blog posts in English.

Lastly, one of the most important aspects of organized mass meditations is coherence. If everyone starts the audio track roughly 30 to 60 seconds prior to the scheduled ‘time’ for a given meditation, then it means everyone globally will be focusing on the same visualizations at the same moments. This increased coherence can be quite powerful – especially for those persons participating in a TriSphere Meditation. Please consider this when doing your visualizations and spoken words – the more coherence we create – the more successfully we can create cracks and holes in the veil.

To spell the word ‘compassion’, one conveniently needs to include the word ‘passion’. For many reasons, the image below stirs my soul – to want to do more, to literally bring the truth to light –so that justice may prevail and the aftermath of that day can be healed permanently.
It is my belief that we need a catalyst for this truth to prevail – that catalyst being “The Event” – which will permanently alter humanity’s reality for the better.
In Cobra’s most recent instructions for the “Weekly Ascension Meditation”, one can find the following:
“Visualize a pillar of Light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all points of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body to the center of the Earth. Visualize another pillar of Light rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light, the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously. Keep these pillars of Light active for a few minutes.”

Recently someone brought up the idea of healing 9/11 via a mass meditation. It occurred to me that this is the first year since 2011 that 9/11 fell on a Sunday. For this reason, I have requested the idea of focusing the upcoming meditation this upcoming Sunday on healing the aftermath – the “timelines”, if you will – regarding 9/11.
Cobra was supportive of this idea, so for the following week, I am proposing that the energetic focus of the meditation be specifically on Manhattan. In fact, the above picture represents an excellent visual point of emphasis as will be apparent in the instructions to follow:
Special September 11 Ascension Meditation Instructions
- Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness
- State your intent to use this meditation as a tool to speed up the process of Ascension for planet Earth and its inhabitants
- Visualize yourself standing within one of the two Electric Blue “Pillars of Light” on Manhattan in the picture above. Visualize this pillar of light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, then going through all points of Light inside our Solar System and then through your body (on Manhattan Island) to the center of the Earth. Visualize another electric blue pillar of Light simultaneously rising from the center of the Earth, then up through your body and upwards into the sky towards all beings of Light in our Solar System and our galaxy. You are now sitting in two pillars of Light – the Light flowing both upwards and downwards simultaneously through you – on the island of Manhattan where the two WTC towers once stood. Keep these pillars of light active for a few minutes.
- Now visualize this Light as a rainbow vortex, expanding throughout the whole Earth and then throughout the whole Solar System, removing all darkness and anomaly, healing the trauma of 9/11 and the resulting wars, dissolving the Matrix and bringing happiness, abundance, peace and love to all beings inside our Solar system.
- Visualize information releases via the mass media about the complete reality of 9/11 – why it happened, how it happened, and who was responsible. See the masses reacting calmly, rationally & responsibly once this truth is completely revealed. Visualize humanity healing rapidly from the shock of the revelations – ultimately understanding that divide-and-conquer tactics will always be overcome by truth, love, & compassion.
- Visualize full Disclosure and massive information releases about the extraterrestrial presence and secret space programs through the mass media. Visualize the creation of the new fair financial system for everybody. Visualize the First Contact with benevolent ET races. Visualize the Event taking place, finally liberating planet Earth.
These instructions are only intended for the actual day of 9/11/2016. This coming Sunday will be the 15th anniversary, and it is time for humanity to not only learn the truth, but to begin the healing process as well.
What happened roughly 15 years ago has impacted all of us – whether you were in New York City that day or elsewhere in the world. The Cabal tried – in one fell swoop – to finally create a fascist state within the United States and begin looting the rest of the world with impunity via perpetual warfare.
But they have already failed. A major aspect of “The Event” will be fully exposing what really happened that day – not the elaborate lies which were shamelessly sold to the public. Despite the vast majority of humanity not being aware that it was an “inside job”, we (as humans) were still able to collectively turn the tide against perpetual war and toward an ultimate end toward armed conflict on our planet.
Now it is time to finish. Together, we have the power to assert ourselves and declare our desire for a world where we are no longer slaves – but truly free to pursue our highest purpose as sovereign beings.
This is our chance to make a stand and say “We no longer consent to this reality!”
With enough pressure, the matrix of control will collapse.

This technique was given by a Dragon group with the purpose of increasing the effect of any group meditation, and also increase harmony within our groups. As we are entering the last phase of our liberation, one of the last remaining factor to help trigger the Event is for the general population to generate a strong enough impulse to manifest the breakthrough by using our manifestation power with decisions, meditations, actions, etc.
The Breakthrough will happen no matter what, regardless of whether or not we send this impulse, but it would be much slower and less comfortable process if we do not do it.
As we may not always reach the critical mass for our meditations, this technique can help us to compensate on some levels. This does not mean that, for example, the critical mass needed to have the final desired effect of the weekly meditations put out by Cobra would be lower, as Cobra explained this number of 144000 participants is fixed. It just means that we can increase the coherence and the effect of what we are doing.
This technique can be used for any meditation, by small and big groups, who meet physically or not.
Instructions
1. Identify the zodiac natal sign of each of the participants, and which element each sign belongs to, as follows :
Fire : Aries, Leo, Sagittarius
Earth : Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn
Air : Gemini, Libra, Aquarius
Water : Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces
2. The group is organized in 3 concentric circles :
- The inner circle is Intention, they are people who have good focus, who can maintain the core intention of the meditation undistracted and clear.
- The middle circle is Energy, they are people who have a lot of extra energy (but not necessarily good focus), they supply the Intention circle with extra energy to sustain the momentum and amplify the effect, by expressing their intent to do so.
- The outer circle is Guardian, they are the Light warriors who protect the other 2 circles from unwanted negative energies. They are placed in a square on the outside.
Each participant choose for themselves which circle they belong to.
Participants are put together in groups of 3 people, according to which circle they are in and which element their zodiac sign is.
The aim is to have 1 of each sign for one particular element, within each group of 3 people, which creates a complete unit. For example, a group of 3 people who belong to the Intention circle, and who are Earth signs : 1 Taurus, 1 Virgo, 1 Capricorn.
For small groups with limited number of people, there may not always be the perfect configuration to have 1 of each zodiac sign within each element, and within each circle. It's ok, in that case we do the best we can with what we have available.
3. You can set up a Tri Sphere group among any local or international group and practice regularly, and you can adapt it to any meditation.
For example if you are participating to the Weekly Cobra Meditation, each participant still follows the regular guidelines for that meditation, while also connecting with their Tri Sphere group and doing their individual role according to the circle they belong to : Intention Energy or Guardian.
In cases like this it is important that each participant still follows the original guidelines of the particular meditation you are doing. The Tri Sphere is an added independent aspect, like the music you are listening to or the environment you are in during the meditation. It is not something that will replace or modify the original guidelines of the meditation you are doing.

Here is one meditation I suggest in order to activate, harmonize and strengthen a particular group :
1. Visualize a pillar of brilliant white Light coming down from the Central Sun to the core of the Earth going through you, and simultaneously back from the core of the Earth to the Central Sun going through you.
2. Visualize the mandala of your Tri Sphere group with all 3 concentric circles, visualize everybody in their own place in the mandala, doing their individual role, and visualize a beam of brilliant white Light connecting all participants from their Soul Star chakra (20cm above your head)
3. Visualize a large sphere of brilliant White Light encompassing the whole group, and connecting with all other points of Light, individuals and groups, throughout the surface of this planet, below the surface of this planet, and throughout the solar system and entire galaxy, completing the Galactic Network of Light.
This can be done daily, even for just 1 or a few minutes, the aim being to reach a peak of coherence. Feel free to adapt it or do your own meditation with it.
