In order to strengthen the Light grid around the planet, as well as strengthen protection and harmony among Lightworkers, we can form triangle groups which will be connected together energetically from the Soul level.

For this, first 3 people should know each other and be in contact with each other, physically and/or via internet, and all 3 should agree to form a triangle of Light. It is recommended if possible to have at least one man and one woman in each triangle.

And then, do the meditation below, preferrably at least once a day, for at least 2-5 min. If you do it all at the same time it will be stronger, but you can do it in your own time also. It's better to form a triangle even if you don't do the meditation on certain days, or if you do it only for 2 minutes.

1. Bring your thoughts, emotions, energy field, physical body, into calm and relaxation.

2. Say this mantra or a similar one, out loud or silently :

I Am the Soul

I Am Divine Light

I Am Divine Will

I Am Divine Love

I Am fixed design by me, the Soul

While you say it, visualize your Soul Star chakra getting brighter and bigger, and pouring Light down along your central channel.

3. Visualize a ray of brilliant white Light emanating from your Soul Star chakra and connecting with the Soul Star chakra of the other two members of your triangle, forming a triangle of Light within which Light is flowing.

4. Visualize a vortex of brilliant white Light pouring down from the Soul Star chakra, spinning down clockwise into the body and aura. Visualize this for yourself and the other two members of your triangle.

5. Visualize the Light of your triangle expanding around the planet, connecting with other triangles of Light and other points of Light throughout the planet, forming and completing a network of Light. Visualize other Light beings from above and below the surface of this planet, sending rays of brilliant white Light from their Soul Star chakras, connecting with our network of Light on the surface of this planet.

6. If you wish, you can say the Great Invocation :

You can replace 'Men' by Humanity, and 'God' by Source if you want. This invocation helps to bring Light from higher spiritual planes into the lower planes, and manifest the Event/Golden Age.

The Light of Soul Star chakra is an emanation of the Soul which is not really subject to personality distortions and therefore can be trusted and used to safely connect with each other.

You can be part of several triangles at the same time if you want. You can also merge several triangles, forming a group of 12 or 24 people, when all of them know each other. Ideally, if possible, these groups will be composed of half men and half women. 12 groups of 12 people could also merge to form a group of 144 people.

Through this process we can support and protect each other, learn to work together and connect together as Soul family more and more, and strengthen the Light on the planet.

Sacred sexuality has been brought back to the forefront of consciousness by the Light forces recently :

And so it has become a more common subject of reflection and discussion among Lightworkers and there are many questions most people have, as this subject has been one of the most distorted and suppressed by darkness. This is because sexuality is one of the most potent energies that exist, it involves and moves huge amount of energy, as anybody who experience it on any level can feel. This is why it is always energy work. And this really highlights the importance of treating it with respect and discipline and care. If I was learning to drive a big powerful spaceship, I would be very careful how I handle it, and the same applies to sexual energy.

So first we need to understand what it is originally, spiritually, and what is its purpose.

We are all originating from One Source, we are all expressions, fractals, incarnations of it. This Source is not external, it is the principle, the state of Absolute Oneness in all regards. As creation appears, as the Universe unfolds, everything separate into polarities. We have many layers, successive aspects, we are like Russian dolls. We are Source, we are divine archetypes, we are one being as a Soul family, we are one being as a couple of twin flames, and we are an incarnated personality.

Love is the magnetic attraction of our Oneness. Goddess energy, the Divine mother, is the expression of this Love. Although on one level, the Goddess, the Divine mother, can appear as an external being and consciousness, this is a superficial understanding in comparaison with the deeper truth, that we are One, we are everything, and everything is us, the Goddess and Divine mother are the Oneness of everything, and we are the Goddess and the Divine mother.

Sexuality is simply a manifested expression of this magnetic attraction of our Oneness, of this Love.

A dear friend has expressed this to me beautifully recently :

'- Substitute Goddess energy/Divine mother for Unconditional Love

- Substitute Unconditional Love for the energy of Care

- Substitute the energy of Care for Caress, Loving touch

- Substitute Caress and Loving touch for Sensuality

- Substitute Sensuality for Sexuality'

We can easily see that they are all expressions of the same Love.

The expression and manifestation of this Love is a very powerful energy which merges everything back into Oneness : male and female, masculine feminine, personality and Soul/Higher self. All of this is interconnected and as such, it is Ascension work. The Divine Love magnetically pulls the energy of Will, the impulse to create, the power of strength, the divine masculine energy, the Divine father, and together Love and Will, feminine and masculine, connect each other with Oneness, with the Source.

Now that we understand the theory, the original version and purpose of sexuality, we also need to be aware of distortions which were created by darkness.

When sexual energy is activated, it opens a dimensional portal on the physical plane. It is then up to our free will to decide what kind of energy we use this for. The key here, as always, is to see whether we are connecting with our Soul/Higher self, or not. As I mentioned before, the nature of any activity is defined by what kind of consciousness we bring into it, which is defined by how we identify ourselves, by what we associate with our I Am. When we identify with the personality (physical/etheric, astral/emotional, mental), we are not including Soul/Higher self, which is by definition darkness, and therefore we bring this into our actions. When we identify with the Soul/Higher self, and bring this to take control of personality actions, we bring this into everything we do, including sexuality.

So if people use sexuality based on satisfaction of physical/etheric, emotional, mental, then this is feeding darkness, because a portal is opened and the Soul presence is absent from it, this gets hijacked, whether people are aware of it or not, and even if the couple love each other.

So the most important is to have inner connection with the Soul/Higher self, and to use it with conscious intentions for the use of sexual energy. Whatever it takes, we need to always look for that connection, keep searching and keep connecting to it, find whatever works, because this is the key for everything.

And then we need to treat sexuality like the enegy work that it truly is. Most of the time on this planet, no conscious intention and creations are put into it, people like or appreciate each other and then just go 'let's do it', and so again, a portal is opened with no higher Light presence clearly anchored into it.

Instead, clear intentions of what we want to manifest from it should be expressed, and clear sacred space should be made, all aspects of ourselves should be consciously involved, a clear male-female energy and archetype should be present as a reflection of the masculine-feminine balance which the Soul is composed of, and then there are many spiritual practices and possibilities that can be explored. Then it becomes a very powerful anchor of Light. It is a vast and rich realm with very high aspects to it that relate to Ascension. As it opens multi-dimensional portals, it can assist to merge personality with Soul. And this can also be radiated into the planetary grid to help to merge the planetary kundalini/incarnated presence, with the planetary Soul presence.

Knowledge about how to use all this is central to the Goddess mysteries which were taught in mystery schools and guarded by Ascended masters. The reason why it has been secret most of the time is because as I described, there needs to be clear consciousness anchored into it, as it is very potent energy and everything we involve into it gets amplified, which affects the collective consciousness and the planetary grid.

When properly used for positive purpose, sexuality has the power to propel ourselves on our Ascension, re-anchor Goddess and God on the planet, and shift the planet back into the Light.

Matter, circumstances, the visible world, are not fixed, determining factors. They are only the effects of a deeper cause. They are waves, stemming from the quantum world.

Looking at quantum level, we see that the state and position of things are not fixed but constantly fluctuating between various potentials. This fluctuation is a result of primary anomaly, which is the principle of separation (in this case, seaparation of various potentials), and randomness.

The factor that determines which potential manifests is Will.

This is simply the expression of the fact that Source is not an external God, but the primary cause of All, in other words the deepest original state of our being.

So our Will manifests our reality. Here it is important to understand that certain programming hide Will under the disguise of other things. Belief systems, expectations, habits, emotional and mental patterns, etc, all of this is actually Will that has been set in motion, then frozen and forgotten.

In the book 'Isis Unveiled' by HP Blavatsky, we find this quote :

"We have said that to acquire magical power, two things are necessary: to disengage the will from all servitude, and to exercise it in control."

This expresses the fact clearly enough.

However the situation is not as simple as only holding your hand out, and concentrating to make some gold appear, or throwing a tantrum demanding that the Event happens now, or demanding to have Abundance now for example. The work is to 'disingage the will from all servitude', this means to clear all belief systems, all inner unconscious doubts, all expectations based on previous experiences, all programming, all negative patterns and attachments, etc, because all of these are Will. The work is to bring every single energy we spend in every single moment under control of our Will, physically, emotionally, mentally. Also, to make sure that what we are doing is white magic, that we are serving the Light, the work is to merge all Will with the Inner Spiritual Will of our Higher Self, which is Will magnetized by Cosmic Love.

Therefore the work is to look at what we are doing, how we are spending our time, on a daily basis, and ask ourselves if that is truly aligned with our Spiritual Will. Every single energy we spend is a Will decision which manifests certain effects. If we want coherent results in our reality, we need to be coherent in our behavior.

Therefore, when looking at the state of things, we should not simply say 'oh that's just how it is', 'that's just what I like', etc, without looking to understand why things are this way, what is the underlying cause. Why are we thinking, feeling, behaving a certain way ? Why a particular lifestyle ? etc.

If we only look at effects, manifested reality, and work from there only, we are bound to be enslaved by causes we do not understand. Anything we are doing, we should look to understand what is the cause, and then when we work with the causes we can manifest our reality.

We should also not simply say 'it's because somebody else did that, it's because the dark forces did that, etc', and leave it at that. Because no matter what other people did, if we had not agreed to it in some way or another, at some point or another, then we would not be bound by it. Ascended beings are the proof of this, they have mastered their Will. So can we.

Some have described will-power with the term why-power, simply because when we remember why we are doing something, then we are more naturally compelled into suited actions. Remember why you are here, why you are doing this, why you want to do that. This should help to liberate Will.

The more our Will is liberated and aligned with our Higher Self, the more quickly and efficiently we can liberate this planet and manifest Golden Age.

As Cobra explained, the universe is a result of interaction between the Source (the principle of the Absolute), and its logical opposite the primary anomaly (contingency, senselessness).

The Source intervenes in the universe to correct, heal and re-connect it with itself, using its divine will, but its power is limited by the anomaly.

The universe arranged itself into various planes which are states of matter, expressing various proportions of Source presence and anomaly. Highest planes are almost completely infused by the Source, and the lower we go the more anomaly there is.

The will of Source manifests itself in the universe as an organized and harmonious set of 12 rays. The central 13th ray is the Will of Source, and the other 12 are as follows (also provided by Cobra) :

1 white/electric blue - will

2 pink - love

3 light blue - creative intelligence

4 pearl white - harmony

5 topaz blue - concrete knowledge

6 ruby red - idealism

7 violet - manifestation

8 brownish pink - divine grace

9 grey blue/violet - genius

10 opalescent white - integration

11 violet blue - link between dimentions

12 aquamarine blue - absolute positivity

I have realized that we can connect with the rays using fire or light of the corresponding colors. You are probably already familiar with the 7th ray, the Violet Flame, and the 10th ray the White fire of AN. We can use all other rays in the exact same way.

These rays are the original archetypes of the 12 zodiac signs. However the veil distorts the energies of the rays as they reach Earth so most people experience them in a distorted more negative version. We can help this by connecting to the original positive archetypes. These 12 archetypes are present throughout the universe, each constellation and star system anchoring a specific ray, while also all rays being present in each solar system. It's a very well organized and intricate fractal system. For example our well known 12 constellations transmit the 12 rays, while other constellations transmit them through other parts of the galaxy. Our particular solar system anchors the second ray, in other words that is the dominating ray here, and at the same time all rays are present inside this solar system anchored by the various planets. We find the same fractal system in individuals, each being having specific rays as their dominating energy, while also having all 12 present inside each being. Soul families are also organized with soul mate groups being composed of 12 beings corresponding to 12 rays.

We need to remember that the Source is not an external consciousness that exists somewhere outside of us in the sky or on a high plane. It is not a creator God but more like a principle, the original principle, original cause of all that exists. We can not really touch it by description but it is everywhere and we are incarnations of it as it is our deepest purest aspect.

The higher the plane, the less everything is differentiated, the more everything is flexible, unified, cohesive and harmonious. In other words, the less anomaly there is, the more creation reflects Oneness. So we are truly all One presence of Light in the highest plane. Up there we find the highest aspect of our higher selves, which are actually all a cohesive and organized whole, so we could say, instead of my higher self or your higher self, it is our higher self.

As we start to go down the planes a little, in other words to densify matter a little, this one unified whole starts to become more differentiated and we can distinguish more and more several aspects, which are still organized as a cohesive and harmonious whole. We can see there that various higher selves are embodiements of these 12 rays as their essence, so each ray is embodied by a specific Archangel, as we have seen before the 7th ray is embodied by Zadkiel, and the 10th by Metatron. We can understand here that St Germain's higher self is also an embodiement of the 7th ray. These two rays have become more known and used on this planet as they have been more needed because of their transmutation properties, since we are during the process of planetary purification (rays 2, 8 and 9 also have strong healing and transmutation properties, among others).

As incarnations of Source we are invited to anchor the rays into this reality by using them in our lives and for the planet however we feel guided, to help heal this world, re-organizing it into a harmonious whole.

As we go down the planes more, everything gets more differentiated progressively, and I will quote here Annie Besant in her description of the mental plane, which is the plane where the separation between higher self and lower self/personality is, the higher mental being part of the higher self, the lower mental part of the personality, from her book 'Man and his Bodies', which I think is very useful in understanding this principle :

"[The mental body] does not, like the astral body, become a distinct representation of the man in form and feature when it is working in connection with the astral and physical bodies; it is oval - egg-like - in outline, interpenetrating of course the physical and astral bodies, and surrounding them with a radiant atmosphere as it develops - becoming, as I said, larger and larger as the intellectual growth increases. Needless to say, this egg-like form becomes a very beautiful and glorious object as the man develops the higher capacities of the mind: it is not visible to astral sight, but is clearly seen by the higher vision which belongs to the world of mind. Just as an ordinary man living in the physical world sees nothing of astral world - though surrounded by it - until the astral senses are opened, so a man in whom only the physical and astral senses are active will see nothing of the mind world, or of forms composed of its matter, unless mental senses be opened, albeit it surrounds us on every side.

These keener senses, the senses which belong to mind world, differ very much from the senses with which we are familiar here. The very word "senses" in fact, is a misnomer, for we ought rather to say mental "sense." The mind comes into contact with the things of its own world as it were directly over its whole surface. There are no distinct organs for sight, hearing, touch, taste and smell; all the vibrations which we should here receive through separate sense-organs, in that region give rise to all these characteristics once when they come into touch with the mind. The mind body receives them all at one and the same time and is, as it were, conscious all over of everything which is able to impress it at all.

It is not easy to convey in words any clear idea of the way this sense receives an aggregate of impressions without confusion, but it may perhaps be best described by saying that if a trained student passes into that region, and there communicates with another student, the mind in speaking speaks at once by colour, sound and form, so that the complete thought is conveyed as a coloured and musical picture instead of only a fragment of it being shown, as is done here by the symbols we call words. Some readers may have heard of ancient books written by great Initiates in colour-language, the language of the Gods; that language is known to many chelâs, and is taken, so far as form and colour are concerned, from the mind-world "speech," in which the vibrations from a single thought give rise to form, to colour, and to sound. It is not that the mind thinks a colour, or thinks a sound, or thinks a form; it thinks a thought, a complex vibration in subtle matter, and that thought expresses itself in all these ways by the vibrations set up. The matter of the mind world is constantly being thrown into vibrations which give birth to these colours, to these sounds, to these forms; and if a man be functioning in the mind body apart from the astral and the physical, he finds himself entirely freed from the limitations of their sense-organs, receptive at every point to every vibration that in the lower world would present itself as separate and different from its fellows."

The mental body, though egg-shaped usually, can remould itself into various shapes as desired, if one has enough developpement and mastery on that plane. This description of the mental body as a much less differentiated and more flexible form than the physical should help to picture how, on other planes above it, everything is even less differentiated and more flexible. Our higher self does not look like a fancy humanoid body, it is instead a presence of Light which is beyond the world of forms, so when we say that we are beings of Light it has a litteral meaning in that sense.

Usually Star seeds, since they are souls coming from higher planes who came down into the lower planes, have more developped higher bodies, but sometimes less mastery of the physical world. This reflects in how many lightworkers can have more elaborated and clear mental understandings and ideas and astral aspriations and desires than the average human, but these have often not managed to manifest into the physical reality. This is also very much due to the fact that etheric and plasma planes on this planet are very infected with darkness which intercepts manifestation as it is on its way down into the  physical. Here it is essential to have strong discipline of purification and ethics on all planes, and sticking to the manifestation process of creating on all planes from above downwards successively.

Most of humanity, non Star seed souls, have evolved from lower planes upwards. So we can see through human history that, thanks to assistance and impulse from the Light forces, human society has learned progressively to develop various bodies, the astral body had a main breakthrough in late 1700s with manifestation of ethical principles such as the declaration for the rights of man and several nations constitutions, mainly brought about thanks to St Germain, and later around the late 1800s more development of the mental body came about, with the industry revolution and teachings brought by original Theosophists. Although the dark have kept interfering and hijacking, there has been clear and definite progress nonetheless.

Now we are, on a planetary level, working towards the next plane, which is crossing the mental membrane into the planes of the higher self, which will bring about the biggest and most definite changes. This is the most important transition which will end the division between lower worlds of duality and darkness on this planet,  and higher planes of Light and Oneness, bringing a downpour of Light into the lower planes, ending darkness and ushering reality of pure Light in all of creation. This process could be described as starting to build the bridge connecting lower planes and higher planes, so called antakharana or rainbow bridge, on a planetary level. Each individual developping their own connection with the higher self affects the planetary energy field and helps in that process. Also the Goddess Vortex technique by Cobra (and the rainbow vortex we visualize during sunday Ascension meditations) assist that process, as well as many other forms of Lightwork.

Energetic dissuasion has been a very widespread issue on this planet, that seems to not be well understood yet even among Lightworkers.

The dark have a system in place to dissuade people from doing positive things, which they have set up in a way to try that people do not realize it is happening. They use a synergy of :

- Physical and non-physical implants

- Physical and non-physical personally directed weapons, beaming frequencies of certain negative thoughts, feelings, suggestions, energies, etc

- Black magic

- Non-physical negative entities

They have people under quasi-constant surveillance, and they use all these things daily, adapted to each moment, to dissuade people from doing positive things, by making them forget about it, or 'not feel like it', or believe they can't do it, or be drawn away from it one way or another. They work hard to try to do it in such a way that targeted individuals don't realize what is going on, so that targeted individuals believe it is their own personal process and their own personal feeling, while in fact it is being manipulated externally.

It seems that many people have the idea that this only happen once in a while, only to individuals who are not awake. This is absolutely not the case. My purpose is not to bring negativity, but more understanding about the situation so that we can resolve it.
Everybody is targeted and despite the incredible stupidity of the dark forces to do such things, they unfortunately also have a certain kind of intelligence and strategy to plan long term manipulation of all individuals and relationships. They have recorded all our past lives on plasma/etheric plane, using the implants, and they have studied us, they know what we have been doing so they understand our weaknesses and dreams to a certain degree. They know which psychological button to press and when. I strongly invite everybody to remain very aware of their own psychological make-up and to regularly take the most honest and objective self-analysis that you can.

Some of the main things they try to dissuade people from doing on a daily basis :

- Joining and promoting group meditations

- Keeping an individual, positive, disciplined spiritual practice

- Keeping a healthier lifestyle (productive use of time, releasing addictions, connecting with nature, eating healthier, etc)

- Keeping relationships harmonious with mutual respect of free will, forgiving

- Making positive life changes (moving towards healthier relationships, occupations, better living standards, etc)

- Burying Cintamani stones

- Anything else that effectively creates progress towards liberation

So, if you have experienced resistance and difficulty to do these types of things, to find the inner motivation and opportunities for them, you can be sure, and please remember, that this is mostly not your own personal natural process, but instead an external manipulation.

Some tips to help cancel these manipulations and go back to our own natural process :

- Remain aware that this is common and daily practice on this planet, most likely until the Event

- Give yourself some time regularly to stop all your activities and your opinions for a few moments, and reflect honestly on what you are doing and what is going on in your life, as objectively as you can.
- Ask yourself, are you really doing the right thing, the most beneficial thing you can do, in line with your core ethics ? 
- Use Free Will, remember we can actually make a choice about absolutely anything that is happening in our lives, internally and externally. Making those choices according to what we really want, what we really know in our heart is the right thing to do, for justice, for peace, for the good of all, and then having a discipline to keep our actions in alignment with these choices on a daily basis.
(and remembering to absolutely respect the Free Will of others in every single moment)

Free Will is the main antidote to this situation. Humanity has been unfortunately incredibly lacking in the use of Free Will, letting themselves be swayed individually and collectively in whatever direction the dark pushes towards.

Free Will is the source spark of all creation
Imagine yourself to be a God or Goddess sitting on a cloud in the sky, able to manifest absolutely anything instantly. How will you do that ? With you will. 
This scenario is pretty much what is happening, the only difference is that in the lower planes of creation, especially the physical plane, the steps of the manifestation process are a little more complex.

The very basic principle of manifestation is that everything is created at the highest, less dense, spiritual plane first. And then it comes down in density through each of the planes described here :

Each of these 7 planes have 7 sub-planes. Each of these 49 planes are states of matter. The spirit world where our soul and spirit reside is simply a more dense state of matter. The physical world is the 3 lines at bottom of picture above (dense, liquid, gas). Above that is plasma, etheric, astral/emotional, mental, etc. Our emotions and thoughts are as factual as the physical world, they are made of matter also, simply less dense matter.
In the same way that the solid, liquid and gas are merged with each other and interacting inside our physical body, also our plasma, etheric, astral, mental and higher bodies are inter-connected just the same.

So why are most people on this planet not connecting with their soul and higher self properly ?
The main obstacle on this planet is in the plasma membrane (in picture above is the dotted line above gaseous). Plasma itself is natural and exists throughout the universe without causing harm. However on this planet it is loaded with anomaly accumulated in the yaldabaoth entity (that entity only exists on the plasma plane). Every communication and exchange between the physical world and all the other worlds has to cross the plasma plane, and the anomaly greatly interferes with this process. This is what creates for most people this seeming isolation and separation between the physical world and all the non-physical worlds. However when the plasma is not anomalous, it can serve as a conduit to connect the physical with the non-physical worlds.

Another main separation is the other dotted line in the picture above, in the middle of the mental plane. That membrane is in a way similar to plasma, and separates the planes below it which are the planes of personality that are subject to duality, and the planes above it that are pure Light and pure Oneness.
As you can see in the picture, the pineal and pituitary in the physical body have a direct connection that crosses both plasma and mental membranes and allows the physical body to connect directly with the higher mental plane which is a gateway to the higher planes and therefore the soul and higher self. This is one of the main ways to establish connection.

Also in the picture above you can see our Will is high up in the spiritual planes. Verily it is the source spark of creation, it starts the manifestation process and defines its direction. After that, we simply maintain that decision strong and clear, and bring it down through each plane, through our thoughts, emotions, etc, and finally in the physical actions. This is exactly how Cobra has defined simply the manifestation process in 3 steps :
1) Decision/Will
2) Invocation (thoughts, emotions etc, for example a visualization)
3) Physical actions.
This exactly outlines the process of bringing matter from high spiritual planes down through each plane into the physical world. This is how everything that exists was created. By using this process with dedication we can manifest anything.
Another way to describe this is that our spirit and soul are anchors of Free Will and Divine Will, and they send the impulse and message for it. Our job down here is to hear the message and align our personality with it, until personality and higher self merge. 

Let's keep our Will affirmed as strongly and regularly as we can, choosing how we want our life to be, according to what we know in our heart to be the right thing, for ethics, justice, peace, well-being for all.
