Energetic dissuasion has been a very widespread issue on this planet, that seems to not be well understood yet even among Lightworkers.

The dark have a system in place to dissuade people from doing positive things, which they have set up in a way to try that people do not realize it is happening. They use a synergy of :

- Physical and non-physical implants

- Physical and non-physical personally directed weapons, beaming frequencies of certain negative thoughts, feelings, suggestions, energies, etc

- Black magic

- Non-physical negative entities

They have people under quasi-constant surveillance, and they use all these things daily, adapted to each moment, to dissuade people from doing positive things, by making them forget about it, or 'not feel like it', or believe they can't do it, or be drawn away from it one way or another. They work hard to try to do it in such a way that targeted individuals don't realize what is going on, so that targeted individuals believe it is their own personal process and their own personal feeling, while in fact it is being manipulated externally.

It seems that many people have the idea that this only happen once in a while, only to individuals who are not awake. This is absolutely not the case. My purpose is not to bring negativity, but more understanding about the situation so that we can resolve it.
Everybody is targeted and despite the incredible stupidity of the dark forces to do such things, they unfortunately also have a certain kind of intelligence and strategy to plan long term manipulation of all individuals and relationships. They have recorded all our past lives on plasma/etheric plane, using the implants, and they have studied us, they know what we have been doing so they understand our weaknesses and dreams to a certain degree. They know which psychological button to press and when. I strongly invite everybody to remain very aware of their own psychological make-up and to regularly take the most honest and objective self-analysis that you can.

Some of the main things they try to dissuade people from doing on a daily basis :

- Joining and promoting group meditations

- Keeping an individual, positive, disciplined spiritual practice

- Keeping a healthier lifestyle (productive use of time, releasing addictions, connecting with nature, eating healthier, etc)

- Keeping relationships harmonious with mutual respect of free will, forgiving

- Making positive life changes (moving towards healthier relationships, occupations, better living standards, etc)

- Burying Cintamani stones

- Anything else that effectively creates progress towards liberation

So, if you have experienced resistance and difficulty to do these types of things, to find the inner motivation and opportunities for them, you can be sure, and please remember, that this is mostly not your own personal natural process, but instead an external manipulation.

Some tips to help cancel these manipulations and go back to our own natural process :

- Remain aware that this is common and daily practice on this planet, most likely until the Event

- Give yourself some time regularly to stop all your activities and your opinions for a few moments, and reflect honestly on what you are doing and what is going on in your life, as objectively as you can.
- Ask yourself, are you really doing the right thing, the most beneficial thing you can do, in line with your core ethics ? 
- Use Free Will, remember we can actually make a choice about absolutely anything that is happening in our lives, internally and externally. Making those choices according to what we really want, what we really know in our heart is the right thing to do, for justice, for peace, for the good of all, and then having a discipline to keep our actions in alignment with these choices on a daily basis.
(and remembering to absolutely respect the Free Will of others in every single moment)

Free Will is the main antidote to this situation. Humanity has been unfortunately incredibly lacking in the use of Free Will, letting themselves be swayed individually and collectively in whatever direction the dark pushes towards.

Free Will is the source spark of all creation
Imagine yourself to be a God or Goddess sitting on a cloud in the sky, able to manifest absolutely anything instantly. How will you do that ? With you will. 
This scenario is pretty much what is happening, the only difference is that in the lower planes of creation, especially the physical plane, the steps of the manifestation process are a little more complex.

The very basic principle of manifestation is that everything is created at the highest, less dense, spiritual plane first. And then it comes down in density through each of the planes described here :

Each of these 7 planes have 7 sub-planes. Each of these 49 planes are states of matter. The spirit world where our soul and spirit reside is simply a more dense state of matter. The physical world is the 3 lines at bottom of picture above (dense, liquid, gas). Above that is plasma, etheric, astral/emotional, mental, etc. Our emotions and thoughts are as factual as the physical world, they are made of matter also, simply less dense matter.
In the same way that the solid, liquid and gas are merged with each other and interacting inside our physical body, also our plasma, etheric, astral, mental and higher bodies are inter-connected just the same.

So why are most people on this planet not connecting with their soul and higher self properly ?
The main obstacle on this planet is in the plasma membrane (in picture above is the dotted line above gaseous). Plasma itself is natural and exists throughout the universe without causing harm. However on this planet it is loaded with anomaly accumulated in the yaldabaoth entity (that entity only exists on the plasma plane). Every communication and exchange between the physical world and all the other worlds has to cross the plasma plane, and the anomaly greatly interferes with this process. This is what creates for most people this seeming isolation and separation between the physical world and all the non-physical worlds. However when the plasma is not anomalous, it can serve as a conduit to connect the physical with the non-physical worlds.

Another main separation is the other dotted line in the picture above, in the middle of the mental plane. That membrane is in a way similar to plasma, and separates the planes below it which are the planes of personality that are subject to duality, and the planes above it that are pure Light and pure Oneness.
As you can see in the picture, the pineal and pituitary in the physical body have a direct connection that crosses both plasma and mental membranes and allows the physical body to connect directly with the higher mental plane which is a gateway to the higher planes and therefore the soul and higher self. This is one of the main ways to establish connection.

Also in the picture above you can see our Will is high up in the spiritual planes. Verily it is the source spark of creation, it starts the manifestation process and defines its direction. After that, we simply maintain that decision strong and clear, and bring it down through each plane, through our thoughts, emotions, etc, and finally in the physical actions. This is exactly how Cobra has defined simply the manifestation process in 3 steps :
1) Decision/Will
2) Invocation (thoughts, emotions etc, for example a visualization)
3) Physical actions.
This exactly outlines the process of bringing matter from high spiritual planes down through each plane into the physical world. This is how everything that exists was created. By using this process with dedication we can manifest anything.
Another way to describe this is that our spirit and soul are anchors of Free Will and Divine Will, and they send the impulse and message for it. Our job down here is to hear the message and align our personality with it, until personality and higher self merge. 

Let's keep our Will affirmed as strongly and regularly as we can, choosing how we want our life to be, according to what we know in our heart to be the right thing, for ethics, justice, peace, well-being for all.

Interestingly I am reading 'Conversations with God (Book 4): Awaken The Species' and in Chapter 9 it writes that:

...intention is everything. It sets the energetic signature for events that follows.

You can get in your car and drive down the road and be doing everything that a good driver would do, but if you haven't set your intention about where you're going, you'll find yourself getting nowhere.

Therefore, I strongly encourage everyone to use their freewill to set the intention, ideally to help with the planetary liberation and awake others to do so.

Behavior and action are defined by choices, and choices always stem from belief systems.
I would like to invite people to really reflect on this.

How can we manifest such a reality when most people have such limiting belief systems regarding what they are able and not able to do ? There is a big incoherence and dissonance in the manifestation process here.
The evolution of the global planetary process is defined by the sum of all individual manifestation process of all beings involved.
Right now the Light forces and few awakened people on the surface have to work a lot to create progress. The more people join and support the process, the faster and better things will evolve towards the Event.
Every little money, energy and time we spend, is a vote we cast for the creation of the planetary situation. How do you spend your time, money and energy ? Do you really still want to fund business that cause suffering of sentient beings, to give your time and energy to the black magic mainstream media (causing energy pollution for yourself), to be stuck in controlling, toxic and dysfunctional families and jobs ? What is the story you want to write for your life, what is the side of history you want to be on, what is the purpose of your Spirit ?



 

We all want to see massive core changes everywhere, but many do not believe in their ability to manifest their most basic dreams or missions. This incoherence has an effect on the planetary process, because we are all actors with a particular role in that process. These limiting belief systems are not based in reality and were planted in the collective consciousness by the dark. Because when we remember and decide to step into our manifestation power as conscious creators, there is nothing that we can not do, there is nothing that will stop us, we will manifest anything we can imagine.

There is no law in the universe that states that you can not manifest certain things. It does not exist. On the contrary, there is very much support towards whatever you decide to manifest as a conscious creator.

But you need to remember that whatever you choose to do with your time and energy in every moment, is not given, it is actually a choice that you have. Every single little choice we make in every moment of our daily lives creates ripples in our own reality and into the planetary reality. We are not insignificant inconsequent piles of dust isolated in little concrete boxes. We are incarnations of the Source, nodes in a network that extends all around the planet and beyond into all of creation. Everything we do creates ripples into the network. Please look carefully into the big picture of your life and make your choices wisely.

I would like to invite people to inquire and look deeply into their belief systems. If you make a clear choice towards something, and don't give up on that decision, and invoke all necessary resources and take all necessary actions towards it, it will definitely happen, whatever it is.
Do not wait until you have the resources to start making positive choices and actions. Manifestation process happens the other way around. Make a choice first, and take all the actions you can towards it, and that is how the necessary resources will come.



 

Do people need reminder of all the suffering happening to so many sentient beings around the planet ? Many people have opportunities to take relatively simple actions that would help the liberation process for all including themselves, but choose not to. Please understand that there is strong energetic pressure being put upon you to prevent you from making positive actions. Please remember your compassion, your desire for relief from all the atrocities on this planet, for liberation of all sentient beings including yourself. Make all your small daily choices while remembering what you aim for.

We will manifest Universal Liberation for all, in the best possible way according to the Divine Plan. No matter what it takes. Because there is no other choice. This is the only viable choice.

As the paradigm in prison Earth has largely been about suppressing free will, through all the contracts we signed, implants, energetic and technological attacks, and brainwashing by family, school, job environment and media, there is a great need for us to learn again to regularly practice the use of our Free Will.

The tendency that has been programmed in humanity, that most people tend to operate from, is to simply let themselves be swayed by a little pressure. That pressure may be coming from family or friends or teacher or boss, who are 'guilt tripping' people to do something, or from a certain frequency of energy that is sent your way, or other ways. So when we get involved in a situation in a certain way, it is important to make sure that this is really aligned with your purpose.

One way to help us to come alive again is to simply follow our passion, do the things and see the people that make us feel alive, that awaken our life force, without over-calculating things with the mind. Take whatever time is needed to pause, slow down, and feel with our heart, what it is that really attracts us genuinely.



And then it is important to practice Free Will every day, every moment, as much as you can. Prison Earth limits our uses of free will in various ways, but no matter the situation, we always have a certain percentage left of free will that we can use, and the more we use it, the more that percentage grows, and the more we will have possibilities to use it.

If we feel constricted in any way, or if we feel there is interference in our reality, the very first thing to do, and the most important thing to do, is to express our Will. Speak out loud if you feel like, say what you allow and don't allow in your reality, and be very clear and precise on your terms and conditions. If you're not sure what to do, then take some time to find a resolution within yourself so that your Will is clear, because your manifestation will only be clear when your Will is clear. And then align all of your actions with that Will.

Here is one example of how I express my Will regularly. You can use it if you want, or adapt it with your own words, or create your own.

'I Here and Now Invoke the Source, My Highest Self, The Galactic Center, The Galactic Confederation, Planet Gaia, and all Ascended Beings of Light, and in their name declare and command that all evil and out of tune energies are fully removed cancelled transmuted and healed from my whole being and reality, and that the true Light of Source is fully anchored and coming through my whole being and reality, on all time space dimensions and planes, and in full totality, this is my Will and the Will of Source and therefore it is law, and so it is, and so it is, and so it is'



It's important to be creative and present with this, feel the situation moment by moment, and remember to also always respect others Free Will in every situation. The only case where it is okay to limit somebody's Free Will is to stop them from infringing on others Free Will, and this is something that should be done carefully with full consideration of all factors involved.


In regular daily life it is very important to constantly practice only doing things because this is our true inner purpose and desire, and to leave all necessary space for others to do the same.

Mastering the use of Free Will in each moment is key to our liberation and ascension.

PS : Happy Friday the 13th to everybody ! The origin of this symbol is sacred, Friday is Venus day, and 13 is a sacred number relating to the 12 main rays/aspects of source plus one central point of synthesis. This manifests as Metatron's cube, the 12 zodiac rays, or our 12 soul mates for example. Positive templars had connection to some Goddess mysteries and celebrated this day. In 1307 the church murdered many of them on a friday the 13th to pollute this symbol. However there are still some secret positive Templar groups out there who often trigger actions against the cabal on Friday the 13th, and still celebrate the day. Below is another excellent article from Untwine, which explains the current situation between the Light and Dark forces in a very simple term.

He also explains how we as a member of the surface population can help the Light Forces by taking initiative to do certain positive actions and hence speeding up the liberation of this planet.

And I agree with him that putting Cintamani Stone in Antartica is an excellent example of this.

There are constant negotiations concerning the Earth situation between Light and Dark forces. Little information about them reaches us but they are very decisive of what happens to us. One of the main objects of these negotiations is us, the surface population, as we are being held hostage by the dark. Light forces are far more numerous and have far more power than dark forces, but holding beings hostage has given dark forces more leverage in negotiations. It is just like a hostage situation in a bank, imagine if a few criminals (the dark forces) hold some hostages inside the building (us on the surface of the Earth) with weapons pointed at them and bombs planted all over the building that will get triggered automatically if anybody enters (strangelet bombs), even the most numerous and sophisticated army outside the building has to be careful about their actions (the Light forces). Quoting Cobra :

"[The dark forces] have soon discovered that taking hostages gave them the most efficient leverage against the Light forces because the Light forces cared about their people and have hindered their actions many times so that the Light beings which were taken hostage by the dark would not get hurt."

If there were no beings held hostage, the Light forces could have ended this whole situation a while ago, they could have just charged against the dark forces without having to restrain themselves to avoid innocent beings getting hurt. We know that many innocent beings get hurt every day in the quarantine anyway, but the consequences of heavy exotic weapons being triggered would be even worse.

On the other side, the Light have demonstrated the superiority of their power several times, and so in these conditions, dark and Light have to negociate.

One of the main point of negotiation has been that both of them have agreed not to contact or interfere directly physically with us, the surface population. This means that positive ETs and other beings of Light can not establish physical contact with us, and that Chimera, reptilians, etc can not do that either. Quoting Cobra :

"The Light forces were forced to sign a non-interference treaty which states that they will not interfere on the surface of planet Earth directly and in turn the Chimera will also not interfere on the surface directly. Although this treaty was quite harmful for the development of humanity in the last 26,000 years, it has also prevented humanity from being harvested by Chimera and their Draco/Reptilian minions directly. This is the reason the Resistance Movement agents are not contacting human beings on the surface of their planet. This treaty is also the reason why the Reptilians have not been massively eating humans for breakfast in the open in surface human cities after 1996 when their presence under the surface of the planet was huge, with 500 million entities present. This treaty is also the reason strangelet bombs were not detonated on many occasions. As soon as the Chimera threat is gone, the Light forces will intervene on the surface of this planet directly."

This treaty is not respected in some rare occasions, and everytime this happens it gives an opportunity to the other side to also not respect the treaty. If a surface human is contacted by the Light forces physically then the dark attacks some surface human physically, and vice versa, if the dark attacks a surface human physically then the Light intervenes more directly one way or another.

Here's an example of this reported by Cobra, when he was asked about the fact that the dark interfered with us signing the Secret space program disclosurepetition :

"We must not get frustrated if the Cabal is starting to block all those efforts because each time they do this, they violate certain protocols and because they violate those protocols this will have long lasting effects in the final surrender and negotiation process. It actually speeds up the process of the Event."

This is where we get to understand the power we have, as surface population, to influence our situation. We actually have room to act and start initiatives for the Light without having the dark stopping us physically, we can express our free will with words and actions and as we do so, the dark is cornered : if they do not stop us, then we breakthrough, and if they attempt to stop us then this gives room for the Light to intervene more and then we will breakthrough also. The breakthrough is unstoppable. The only unknown factor is its timing, and we are here to help break the status quo in favor of the Light to speed up the process.

Plus, the Light may not be able to contact us directly, but they have more freedom when it comes to responding to our initiatives, our questions, us reaching out to them. If we are the ones starting things then technically the Light forces are not intervening, only responding. I can testify of this in my own experience of exchanging with Cobra about various projects, burying Cintamani stones for example. Not once did he come to me to propose me to do something, he only ever responded to my initiatives sometimes. This is how the project to bury Cintamanis around the planet started, because we as surface population proposed the idea, and then we got guidance from the Light forces through Cobra. The fact that Cobra can be contacted by the Light forces directly is a rare exception in the negotiations, which came as a result of specific events. Quoting Cobra again :

"We need to get a piece of Cintamani stone to Antarctica as soon as possible, and that needs to be done by the surface population"

There are projects like these that only us can do at this time. We have a unique role to play. It's interesting to note that at the time Cobra posted this, stones had been buried around every continent on the planet except Antarctica, and this reflected in the fact that the only escape route that seemed still available for the Cabal was through Antarctica. Now that Antarctica is done, I expect that they are running out of options. The Light forces could have technically buried all the stones easily, but they could not do it because of negotiations with the dark, to avoid retaliations from the dark. This is gonna be the case as long as the dark has strong enough retaliation mecanisms, which the Light is working to remove, which can be a slow process if we are not helping, or it can be a much faster process if we are making initiatives. Burying Cintamanis is just one example that is close to being complete now, there are many other things we can do. In this context, we are the focus of an intense information and energetic war where the dark tries to manipulate our free will into distractions and negative actions, and the Light tries to inspire us into positive action and connection with the Source. In the end, we are the ones who decide. So let's observe the situation and see what is required for a positive shift.

We need to keep our vision set on a life of freedom, peace and Light : life after duality, after the Event. Let's imagine how things will work when it is finally achieved, and with this perspective we can observe the present situation, and work our way back to the vision by progressively taking one step at a time to make it all happen, all that is needed for the vision of Light to manifest. Ask ourselves each day, each moment, what is the most beneficial use of our energy, and choose to do it, our free will in action is our main tool for our liberation.

One of the major tool of the Earth prison system has been to manipulate people to get their free will agreement on their own enslavement. This can be easily seen with mass media manipulations, however there is a deeper and more important layer to this, which is all the contracts that have been signed by the people over the many thousands of years in the Earth prison system.

When we die, we dot not automatically ascend, have all our issues solved magically, merge with our Soul/Spirit, and get out of the Earth prison. What happens instead is we cross over to the the density above us. Densities are states of matter, the most dense being solid matter, then liquid, then gas, then plasma, etheric, astral, etc, as shown in the graphic below :

In this graphic, you see 7 major planes, each divided into 7 sub-planes. The physical world is only the 3 sub-planes at the very bottom of the graphic : 'dense, liquid and gaseous'. The dotted line above gaseous is the plasma plane. The 4 sub-planes above plasma are the Etheric plane. The 7 sub-planes above Etheric are the Astral plane.

It's important to understand that even when we are incarnated in a physical body, we still have plasma, etheric and astral bodies (and also all the planes above), connected to our physical body. There is always communication between the planes : something happening on the liquid plane can affect the solid plane, same with plasma, etheric, astral, etc.

The veil, the electro-magnetic fence surrounding planet Earth, exists on physical, plasma, etheric, astral and lower mental planes simultaneously. It has been blocking the vast majority of people from going in and out of the Earth. The Soul/Spirit itself is not trapped but its incarnations are.

The dotted line in the middle of the mental plane represents the end of the world based on 3 dimensions : depth height and length. All planes above that are pure fluid Love and Light where no disharmony, no darkness, no anomaly can ever exist, only pure Love and Light.

When we die, our consciousness is removed from the physical world ('dense liquid and gaseous') and moves up the planes to the etheric and astral. What happens then depends on the choices, circumstances and consciousness of the people.

The movie Nosso Lar is based on a real story as it was told to the medium Chico Xavier, who was famous in Brazil for helping people communicate with their deceased loved ones, giving them details about their private lives that he couldn't have known without being psychic. In this movie we follow the story of a doctor who dies and finds himself on the etheric and astral planes.

After dying, he wakes up in a totally dark, desolated and horrible world, where people have no ressources and constantly re-act negative patterns.

This is the plasma and etheric plane, in the state most of it has been during prison Earth.

He searches and finds no grace there, until he is at the end of his rope and prays to the divine for help. Help comes and he is rescued by people surrounded with an aura of Light.

They bring him to a beautiful city :

Cobra has spoken about these cities :

"Actually on the higher astral planes there are areas of Light where people can go after they die if they have high enough vibrational frequency. They have beautiful landscapes, beautiful buildings, beautiful surroundings. But they are still tied to the quarantine Earth, sooner or later they have to come back and reincarnate, because the archons still have control over them."

 We see this control system clearly in the movie. The city is surrounded by walls:

And people are not able to go out, they are strongly discouraged to do so, and if they do, they come back wounded. The whole structure and hierarchy of the city gets people to reincarnate, it is actually the only option offered to people. There is never any mention of moving to a different planet, or even staying on the astral plane. People who try to find a different option are rather shamed and considered »unspiritual« for »not surrendering to the divine plan«.

Again, Cobra has described this situation :

"It's also that guides of the Light forces are manipulated by the archons on the etheric plane, and they generally want to do good but they are brainwashed, same as spiritual teachers on the physical plane, it is quite similar."

It is also quite similar to what we can see in the medical system on the physical plane. Many hospital personels are well-intended yet they are brainwashed to poison people daily.

 In these astral cities, people are told that in order to resolve their personal issues and progress spiritually they have to reincarnate and make a specific reincarnation plan to re-act these issues. This plan is a contract, stating that they accept to forget everything during the rebirth process, and that they accept to suffer during the next life. This is based on false karma teachings, which I have explained in a previous article :

"A lot of programming has been created by archons to justify evil. For example the laws of karma, which state that for example, if i broke my friend's bowl, then the universe will send somebody to break my bowl in order to teach me the consequences of my actions. This means that the universe will then send somebody to break the bowl of whoever broke my bowl, etc. This is totally made up and has nothing to do with true universal law, simply because if it did, nothing would ever resolve and suffering would just escalade forever. The true universal law is forgiveness and grace and this is what has been taught by the teachers who had a true connection. The will of Source is that if somebody does something hurtful, they should receive adequate healing in order for them to embody their true self again. Some re-balancing of the energy between the people involved might be needed, for example whoever broke the bowl can buy another bowl for its owner, or repair it, or do some other kind of service to compensate energetically. Or the owner of the bowl could simply forgive and the infinite abundance of Source would re-balance things automatically somehow, not by taking anything away from whoever broke the bowl, but by providing both of them with whatever is needed. Resources and abundance are unlimited."

There are many other contracts that people in prison Earth have signed. First in late Atlantis, many humans (not star seeds) were tricked and promised wealth and power by the dark forces in exchange for implantation and signing contracts with them. Then when the conflicts on the planet were so strong that the Light forces retreated, the dark established prison Earth with a border around the planet, stopping everybody from going in and out. Everybody inside the veil was forced to sign contracts with the dark, that they accept to suffer, that they accept the dark forces conditions, that they will not receive help from Light forces, etc.

Then in our modern life, a lot of contracts and agreements were made with the cabal. The main one is the birth certificate, which is actually a property title owned by the government, stating they have copyright on the birth name, and therefore they own everything registered under this name. This is why everywhere in the world it is not possible to aquire your birth certificate, people can only get copies of extracts of it.

The point of all of these contracts is energetic, having people's signature gives energy to fuel the dark forces to manifest what they want.
The solution to remove these contracts is also energetic. We are sovereign beings of Light, incarnations of Source. Source's will is the most powerful force in creation, and it wants us free. We are not bound by whatever insane contracts that are disconnected from Source. By stating our free will to revoke these contracts we can free ourselves from them. It does not get us out of prison Earth instantly because free will is not fully respected here, but it does increase the flow of Light in our energy field and helps protect us to a good degree.

In a previous Cobra conference, he has shared with us a contract cancellation that I will share here. He advised us to write down this text, fully join our intention to it, declare it out loud, and keep the paper with us.

"In the name of I am that I am, in the name of divine soul presence that I am, in the name of all ascended beings of light, in the name of the Galactic Confederation, in the name of the Galactic center, I decree and command to cancel and nullify all my past, present and future contracts and agreements made between any part of my being and the dark forces. All these contracts and agreement and all their consequences are now completely erased from my reality. I am now free, all the karma of my whole being is now erased as well.

I am a free sovereign being of light, from now until eternity.

I highly recommend everybody to do this, it creates very powerful positive shifts for us personally, and the more people do it, the less fuel the dark forces will have to maintain prison Earth, the faster the Event and full liberation for all will come.
