In this situation update by Cobra, it is mentioned that the auric field of the mental body of almost every incarnated being on the surface of this planet is invaded by an entities called Invisibles.

Invisibles are Archontic entities that inhabit the lower mental plane around the surface of the planet and are the ones creating and manifesting the false ideas matrix. They are the beings responsible for ideas such as karma, prime directive, purposeful suffering, omnipotent God, purposeful duality, flat Earth, the second law of thermodynamics as the ultimate truth, speed of light as the maximum speed, monogamy as the only choice, global warming, woke ideology, critical race theory, etc.

Invisibles are entities that are almost transparent, creamy opaque blobs, and are almost undetectable even for advanced clairvoyants on the mental plane.

It is crucial to be completely honest with yourself to identify where the negative patterns are within your character, mind, thoughts, behaviors etc. The dark invades our thoughts making us believe they are our own thoughts! This is literally mind control. The invisible entities also speak negatively to people. Especially empaths hear this horrible chatter. All this lowers our ability to protect ourselves energetically since the dark has already invaded our minds. Doing inner work to identify & clear the infection will create a pure connection to our inner-self, and Higher self. You must KNOW what is truly you, and what is not! 'KNOW THYSELF'

It is extremely important to make sure all of our thoughts & actions are based in compassion, love, rationality, and genuinely helping oneself and others. Putting protection around your mind/mental body & emotional body is very important as well.
