Dec. 21, 2015, 11:49 PM EST (Dec. 22, 2015, 4:49 UT), marks the solstice—the beginning of winter in the Northern Hemisphere and summer in the Southern Hemisphere.
As an offering to this Feminine Principle of creation, I am inviting all of you to take some days to unplug from all external sources of information, and connect to your own heart, to your own spirit, to your own soul.
This will make a ripple in the matrix so big, that by choosing to own your sovereignty and unplugging from ALL othewr sources of "spiritual intel", you will actually start feeling empowered, rather than empoverished by the constant pulling from All the external "spiritual sources of intel" into which many have placed All the eggs!
Many of us have been placing all our eggs in one basket for a long time.
I am inviting you to take some time to disconnect from All baskets--yes, ALL--and connect only to yourself: your own heart and the pure, good, creative intention within yourself. Everyone's talking about discernment--it's become fashionable, but it's not so fashionable to disconnect from all the portals of "spiritual intel/information"--umbillical chords that have most of us truth seakers/ lightworkers/lightwarriors in a constant state of waiting and/or working so hard for "the cause" that by continuously feeding a certain source, we loose ourselves! We become starved/sick/small.
A woman has spoken up, and she deserves to be listened to because she is inviting us to take back our power. Listen to her! Recollect back into yourself!
Now is the time for each one of you to stop feeding the machine and to start looking at who you are. This move is what "they" are most afraid of!!! And you might be shunned--as I said, this is not a popular stance to take, but it's the one that will surface your own power, the power we need as one, to change the charade!
Goddesses and Gods, Creators, look nowehere else but within you! Be blinded no more! Look inside of you, only! Listen to your heart and know that you are sovereign: find within the pure source of Light.
It may just be that the ones who will have the most difficulty unplugging from "spiritual intel sources" are the ones who are at the top of the "spiritual intel" ladder or pyramid! It may just be that they also need to unplug and take back their power.

5D New Earth is here and we have changed. Now we begin changing to new life on New Earth. That’s the main message I get from these most recent Gaia Portal posts.
Transformational energies have bombarded Earth and caused our energies to vibrate faster and in more harmonious patterns. All of the Gaia Energy Messages are about energetic configurations of ourselves and the Earth, and how this is affecting our lives in New Earth. Having attained higher levels of Consciousness and Light content in our personal energetic systems, we are more in control of ourselves and our environments. We have reached the Fifth Dimension.
This post covers the last six Gaia Portal messages. My comments are in orange:

By ramps is meant energetic channels and structures that push, pull, or guide us to becoming fifth dimensional Hue-mans.
Gaia movements portend planetary changes.
The poles have moved quite a bit. Ocean floors are rising. Earth is moving with the solar system and the larger Pleiadian system, toward the center of the Milky Way, where vibrations are higher. With all that going on, the planet will certainly change.
Personally, I don’t expect it to be catastrophic. The latest Gaia messages have been about soothing, peaceful energies on Earth. Mother Earth and nature are calm now.
Linears are dropped as exponentials merge.
The old 3D perceptions, understandings, and concepts are considered to be linear. Things happened step by step. We were locked into a shared timeline, so we thought. Having no idea of a multidimensional universe, or multiverse, where each being has his unique reality, we could only think of “true or false” and “right or wrong”, rarely allowing that opposites could be true. We are now opening to possibilities of individual realities and timelines, in which an idea can be true in one person’s universe and not another’s. Our linear perspectives are being dropped, replaced by freer forms of creativity that exponentially change life on Earth. People who are changing exponentially are working together.
Fortifications of all Gaia energetics completes.
Gaia’s energy patterns are stabilized. All of us have had our DNA modified and energetic frequencies raised, have received energies that bolster our new states, ensuring that we cannot backslide. There is no going back to sleep. Sorry conditions that we’ve left behind won’t re-occurr.

Extremely fine frequencies of energy (vibrations / sound / light) are permeating all of us, no matter what our current state of development is. Recall that Light is no longer separated into colored rays, so that we now take in white Light. Our senses, therefore, have increased.
We have increased power of not only our physical senses, but of emotions and thoughts. More people are experiencing extrasensory perceptions and increased intuition. We see into other dimensions. We “just know” things, hear messages from higher beings or get telepathic messages. We know what others are thinking.
Our actions, feelings, and thoughts can now use and affect higher energetic frequencies with ease. We manifest desires more easily, and while we still have some darker emotions like fear, when these crop up, they may instantly manifest a representation of the emotion. Like my fear of mice is a little thought and feeling, and I instantly have a mouse in the house. Another example of using higher energies is that quantum healings are no longer unusual.
Forced withdrawals accompany the shadow operators.
Yes, this is partially about the dark Cabal that had been increasingly enslaving us. We no longer submit to them and they are being cleared away. Their motives and tactics can’t survive in these energies. Neither can they.
Those Ultracousticals pry loose and clear all aspects of ourselves that diminish our power; that is, the shadow side of ourselves. Many of us have already dropped most of our fears, hatred, low self-esteem and other emotions, thought forms, and beliefs, that have clouded our luminosity. We hold more light. Vestiges of such energies are being stripped from us.
Expansions of ring energetics is called.
I picture energies forming into expanding and rising spirals. And I see this in groups of like minds, combined efforts and circles of love. Beginning to act as and see ourselves as one.
Seasons of elevations are upon the hu-beings.
The hu-beings, regular people who had not risen to a higher level of and wider Consciousness, have now begun the rise toward Hue-Being state.

Earth elementals—living beings of the four elements of Air (Sylphs), Water (Undines), Earth (Gnomes), Fire (Salamanders)—beings who serve humanity, each send waves of the purest and subtlest of their particular types of elemental energies to us, giving us increased expression using Freedom (Air), Memory (Water), Manifestation (Earth), Passion (Fire). I imagine that people in higher realms and other planets look at everything that is happening here with awe, especially the Peace that is settling into Earth.

Fractured paradigms are healed.
False systems of belief that no longer make sense, that we can no longer feel or tolerate, are corrected and replaced with systems of better understanding. Think of the drug and cut paradigm of medicine and turning over responsibility of one’s own health to a doctor. It is being replaced with the paradigm of self-responsibility and knowing that the body’s self-healing is assisted by natural medicine of plants, minerals, and energy medicine. Think of war being replaced by cooperation, division replaced by oneness.
Farsights impel further investigations.
Ones with the sight to see what the Controllers have been doing to us impel further investigations of their crimes.
We have been conditioned to look at, plan for, and find solutions in the surface, the short-term and the nearby. A newly expanded field of vision and consideration shows us the wider understanding and effects of actions. We are impelled to investigate those effects and adjust our ways, accordingly.
Armistice has passed.
Armistice on repercussions for crimes by the perpetrators has passed. They WILL be stopped.
Respite from struggles with life and each other has turned to a permanent state of Ease and Peace, not only in outer shared reality, but in our individual inner states.
Foreground patterns illuminate the masses.
The curtains of lies, pacification, blame, and brainwash have been pulled back to reveal true conditions. The masses now see the obvious state of our lives on Earth.
As egoic personality issues are cleared, the true Self shines out of each of us into our outer lives. We live as the luminescent Source (God) fractals that we are.

Those clinging to and finding sustenance in 3D limitations or negativities are consoled, as they are separated from that old reality and its old ways. This applies as well to parasitic methods and systems that are failing because they are not of 5D energies.

Destructive people or those who fight against what they don’t like are shown positive ways. Similarly, systems of competition, opposition, and war, and the participating societies are transformed into peaceful, constructive 5D participants.

As we arrive at this early stage of creation of life in New Earth, we can see the pastoral future before us.

An ionic person has something added that sticks out, not like the uniform thoughts and ways of the masses in 3D life. Ionics bring a new way or point of view. They foreshadow and instigate new life on New Earth.
Guardians are alit with passion.
The Watchers or Custodians, beings who tend this planet and wider areas that it and we affect, are pulsing with energies to assist us in further refinement of this new life.
Masterfuls are recognized.
Those who have a higher understanding of life and spirit and have mastered expanded abilities are seen as masters. No more debunking or persecution of healers, shamans, seers, mystics or wise ones. Naturals in all walks of life are respected.
Masteries are accepted and utilized.
Those who can improve life for individuals and communities will be allowed to do that. No more ruining the life and career of a person who, for example, diagnoses and does quantum healing long distance, who engineers free energy, or who thinks out of the box. Rather, the skills of the masterfuls are accepted and utilized.

The Light Forces have started to clear the Chimera bases of the Kuiper Ring and are thus beginning to disintegrate the main defense line of the Chimera which previously prevented the Light forces from taking full control of the outer Solar System. During our weekly meditation today, our Sun is aligning with the Central Sun !!
This happens once a year, and starts an important energetic week with the solstice tomorrow (longest night of the year in northern hemisphere, longest day in southern hemisphere), and then the length of the day is more or less stationary until the 24th-25th when the day start getting longer again (in northern hemisphere), which is the origin of the festivities held on that day. [History in the making series] Part 4: Galactic Codex
An article about Galactic Codex was published by Cobra on 4 April 2012.
As explained by Cobra, "This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth."

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.
As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.
We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.
Section I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience
To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.
Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity. Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur. Let us explain the subsections:
Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance
This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.
Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension
This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.
Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala
This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.
Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information
This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.
Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom
This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.
Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings
This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.
Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh
This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.
Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws
This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces. The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.
Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws
This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.

Galactic Codex
Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.
As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.
We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.
Section I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience
To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.
Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity. Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur. Let us explain the subsections:
Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance
This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.
Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension
This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.
Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala
This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.
Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information
This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.
Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom
This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.
Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings
This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.
Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh
This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.
Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws
This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces. The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light. On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene. This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.
Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws
This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) controls cloaked space stations in near Earth orbit that use technologies as much as 50 years ahead of what is found on the International Space Station, according to secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode. There are plans to publicly announce the existence of these large orbiting space stations as part of limited disclosure scenario to hide the existence of even more advanced space programs that Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have directly participated in.
In the most recent episode of Cosmic Disclosure, Goode reveals what he learned about the NRO’s involvement in running classified space stations that conduct surveillance of both the Earth and the Solar System.
The NRO was recently in the news with its declassification of its involvement in an attempt to set up a manned space station for espionage purposes in 1963. The Manned Orbiting Laboratory, which was to use a Gemini space capsule and a secret corps of military astronauts, would have housed NRO spying equipment.
The U.S. Air Force (USAF) was ostensibly in charge of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory program, but it was really run by the NRO which had been officially created in September 1961 due to an unsuccessful USAF satellite program. From its inception, the NRO’s purpose was to conduct high altitude and near Earth orbit surveillance. The USAF/NRO claimed that the Manned Orbiting Laboratory was cancelled in 1969 because unmanned satellites were far cheaper.
In contrast, the Soviet Union decided to merge plans for military space stations dedicated to espionage with its civilian space program. It placed the first manned station in space with Salyut 1 in 1971. The U.S. would follow soon after with Skylab in 1973; a civilian NASA program, which officially was the first manned U.S. space station according to conventional historians.
Skylab ran until 1979 and was dedicated to scientific research. The world was left believing that the NRO and U.S. military relied solely on spy satellites for conducting surveillance from near Earth orbit.
The U.S. Space Shuttle program began in 1981, and conducted a variety of low Earth orbit missions such as placing satellites in space. From 1979, up until the arrival of the first U.S. astronauts at the International Space Station in 2000, the U.S. did not have a manned station in space according to the official public record. Yet, a passage in the diaries of President Ronald Reagan indicated that there was indeed a permanent U.S. presence in near Earth orbit.
On June 11, 1985, Reagan wrote:
Lunch with 5 top space scientists. It was fascinating. Space truly is the last frontier and some of the developments there in astronomy etc. are like science fiction, except they are real. I learned that our shuttle capacity is such that we could orbit 300 people [p.334].
NASA’s Space Shuttle program at the time held a maximum of eleven people per shuttle, and only five were built for space flight. Even if all five took off fully loaded, it would be impossible to place and maintain 300 astronauts in orbit. Reagan had publicly revealed that the U.S. had a secret fleet of military spacecraft that could send up to 300 people to one or more secret space stations in near Earth orbit.
Reagan’s admission is striking evidence that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead in building permanent manned platforms in space that could conduct intelligence gathering and other military tasks. While the public was notified about the cancellation of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory in 1969, it was not informed that the NRO and USAF had secretly gone ahead with plans for a replacement program.
The NRO is formally part of the Department of Defense, and has been traditionally directed by the Under Secretary of the USAF. In 1982, the USAF Space Command was created, and it became the new institutional cover for secret space stations built in collaboration with the NRO.
Information about the NRO and its surveillance activities in Earth orbit is notoriously sparse. It wasn’t until 1992 that the existence of the NRO itself was even publicly acknowledged. Its association with military spy satellites was initially revealed, but not its association with the aborted Manned Orbiting Laboratory program until the recent declassification.
Goode’s testimony in Cosmic Disclosure sheds much light on what the NRO has been really doing in space. He discussed in some detail the NRO’s role in maintaining manned space platforms in Earth orbit.
In contrast to more classified space programs which Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have worked with that maintain bases on the Moon, Mars, and deep space fleets, the NRO run space program is primarily limited to near Earth orbit missions. Goode said:
There are space stations that are in near-Earth orbit, upper near-Earth orbit, that are a little bit more advanced than the ISS that they’re flying to and from,
Goode insists that personnel involved in the NRO-run space program genuinely believe that it uses the most advanced technologies available to the military industrial complex. He claims that the manned orbital space stations manned by the NRO are effectively a cover program for more highly classified programs that he worked on from 1987 to 2007 that maintain off-world bases and interplanetary fleets.
Goode revealed earlier that the more advanced and highly classified space program called Solar Warden, which maintains interplanetary fleets for solar system wide duties, was set up by the U.S. Navy. In contrast, the less advanced manned orbital spy platforms used by the NRO, were set up by the USAF.
This makes a lot of institutional sense since the USAF is the newest among the U.S. military services. It would be the Navy that would have the institutional history, infrastructure and clout to run the most advanced space program – Solar Warden.
Goode claims that in recent secretive meetings he attended comprising members of a Secret Space Program [SSP] Alliance, there is a plan for the NRO and USAF Space Command to reveal the existence of manned orbital space platforms that are capable of maintaining hundreds in space.
If they were to do some sort of disclosure and say, this is our secret space program, as a way to trick us and show these craft, these space planes and these space stations, yeah. We would think they’re pretty advanced. But they’re probably up to 50 years more advanced in the International Space Station.
The goal of the partial disclosure plan is to distract the public from the more damaging revelations by Goode and other space program whistleblowers about off-planet bases, space fleets, and trade with extraterrestrial races. The public will be told that all UFOs are in fact spacecraft belonging to the NRO and USAF Space Command.
The following is a short Q and A, which I conducted with Goode by email on December 18, which elaborates on the NRO’s role in a limited disclosure initiative:
Q: 1. Has the NRO been designated as the point organization for a limited disclosure initiative by the Cabal/Illuminati/Earth Syndicates? 2. I recall you saying that the lower level military intelligence types walked away from the SSP Alliance. Did that include the NRO and is indicative that they plan to move forward with their own disclosure scenario?
A: Yes, the “Black Op’s Military”/”Intelligence” SSP which is under the control of the NRO, DIA and other agencies that have removed their few representative members from the SSP Alliance.
It is said that their SSP’s vessels, space stations and platforms/bases may become a part of a partial disclosure narrative which may also include more “accidental” images being captured from NASA’s live feed video.
Whichever partial disclosure narrative that is finally negotiated will be spoon fed to the public.
This “pre-disclosure preparation process” was said to already be underway through possible new whistle blowers (that are currently being “prepped”) as well as mass media (more MSM News stories, Movies, TV Series, Commercials, Video Games etc…) that will mirror more and more of the “Ufology Lore” most of us are familiar with.
If Goode is correct, secret space stations controlled by the USAF Space Command and the NRO are likely to soon be revealed to the world in a partial disclosure initiative. Such an announcement will predictably shock mainstream media and the scientific community over the advanced space technologies secretly used for decades.
It is important to keep in mind, however, that such a disclosure is designed to hide the existence of even more highly classified space programs. These more advanced programs, which date back as far as the Second World War era, have fleets of interstellar space craft and conduct extensive diplomatic relations and trade with extraterrestrial civilizations.
