Preliminaries of Gaia ascension have completed.

Subsequent Higher Energies are released, and accepted by Humanity.

Fibres of intent strengthen.

Maritimes complete the mission.

I would interpret the message as follows, although the first sentence is probably very clear already.

- Preparation for the ascension of Earth have completed. 

- After that, energy from the Galactic Central Sun are released, and accepted by the general population. 

- Ability of the general population to make use of their intentions such as during the meditation has strengthened.

- White hats in the US Navy are about to complete their missions.
