Rains of Higher Nova Gaia are released.

Elements of Light are imbued with each.

Secrets are exposed and washed away.

Natal embeds of Higher D are released.

I would interpret the message as follow:

- Various key locations of the New Atlantis have been released to the public.

- Various forms (such as Tachyons) and actions of Light inspire every Lightworker.

- Secrets of the Chimera group and the Deep State has been disclosed to the public and their actions are being stopped.

- Babies with the ability to connect with the Higher Dimensions are born.
