I would interpret the message as follow:
- Frequencies of people on the surface of Earth begin to demonstrate the characteristic of those beings in advanced civilisations.
- Humanity can feel what it is like to be living in an environment full of love, happiness and without fear.
- Beings who are not involved in the planetary situation are now free to go back to their home plenets.
- Different groups of the Sisterhood of the Rose are connected.
- There is no need to believe in the false laws of Karma. Each of us is a free being of light.
