Here is a video of the full presentation from Conscious Life Expo by David Wilcock in February 2015. 

It was the first time that he openly talked about the secret space program and the evidence of other civilisations within our solar system.

It is interesting to note that Corey Goode was also in the conference as a guest before he came out to the public.
