[Gaia Portal] 2016-05-10: Storms of compliance erupt, then fade

Here is another new message from Gaia Portal, which is the 4th within the first 10 days in May.

I would interpret it as follow:

- Galactic Codex are being accepted by different factions around the Earth.

- There were concerns within these different factions but they overcame them.

- As a results, the shining lights of their souls prevail.

- Even the souls wandering around the Earth are accepting the codex.
